Bodega Bianchi

In 1928, Don Valentín Bianchi made his dream come true, the immigrant’s vision of having his own vineyard and winery. After a long pilgrimage he comes to own Bodega El Chiche which, years later was to become Bodegas y Viñedos Valentín Bianchi. The winery turned into Bianchi S.A.C.I. F with the coming of the second generation. Today, after 80 years and four generations the company keeps following the original family line.

With the passing of the years the name Bianchi becomes very important in the local market and the winery is a leader in Argentina. This was accomplished by moving wine elaboration to Finca Las Paredes where a new plant was built with the latest technology.

There is also a boutique winery where premium wines are made controlling every step of the process starting on the vineyard and following every step necessary to obtain the quality desired for the wines.
